Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Motel Rocks pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Choose Refund or Exchange

  Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or an exchange for a different size or color.

• 3.
  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and affix the label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location; you will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
